Shipping policy

At Amans Jewelers, we are pleased to provide a secure and efficient shipping experience to ensure that your jewelry reaches you safely and in a timely manner.

Most items featured on our website are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Exceptions may include rings or jewelry pieces that require resizing, customization, or special orders. Orders for in-stock items typically begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be shipped once it is located, your payment is authorized, and your shipping address is verified.

Standard sizing for rings is generally size 7 for women and size 10 for men. Requests for alternate sizes, special materials, custom designs, or non-standard styles may require additional processing time and may incur service charges. These special orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Fulfillment and shipping of such pieces will proceed upon completion of any required customizations.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are shipped exclusively within the United States, and we regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid street address and an adult signature upon delivery are required for all shipments.

For your convenience, if you will not be available to sign for your delivery at your home address, we are happy to arrange shipment to your place of business or another secure location. Kindly note that if you request an alternative shipping address, you must contact your credit card provider to add this address to your account. Both billing and shipping addresses must be verifiable with your credit card issuer or bank before shipment can occur.

Please be advised that all orders with a value of $500 or more will require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes.
