There are a total of 18 pave set round cut diamonds, forming a border along the edges of the heart face. The locket is held on a loop holder that attaches to the included Cable Chain 1 MM in 18 Inches with Spring Lock & Extenders at 16" & 17". Both heart locket and chain are molded in 24kt Yellow Gold Vermeil. The total diamond weight is 1/10 Ctw.
